*** There is no difference between Service Plans 1, 2 and 3 other than initial cost and monthly We make the various plans available because customers may wish to have lower monthly cost. The monthly price is based upon the one-time installation amount. The exterior equipment furnished is owned by Castles and we repair or replace that equipment for the life of the service at no cost to the customer. The Motorola equipment alone is almost $1,000. We lease these units. A portion of the monthly cost is associated with that lease. Therefore the monthly cost is based upon how much initial deposit is made on that lease. We give the customer the option of how much they want to pay per month.

(a) Existing Castles customers on Plan 1 or 2 may move to either Plan 2 or 3 by paying the difference between their original installation cost and the installation of the new plan.

Standard installation includes 100 feet of cable from the roof mount unit to the inside router. (Special installations may require additional equipment and labor)

(b) A wireless router is required. If you have one we will program the router for free. You may purchase your own router or Castles can supply you with one for a small fee.

We provide all the equipment at no cost to you.
Castles owns/maintains all exterior equipment and requires remote access to the router for technical support. Router has manufacturer warranty for one year.
